Frankfurt am Main, 20 October 2016. The management board of i:FAO
Aktiengesellschaft AG (subsequently "Company") with its seat in Frankfurt
am Main/Germany (ISIN DE0006224520, WKN 622452) has decided today with the
approval of the supervisory board to apply for the revocation of the
admission to trading of the Company's shares to the regulated market
(General Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Frankfurter
Wertpapierbörse) pursuant to section 39 para. 2 of the German Stock
Exchange Act (BörsG) (so-called delisting). For the implementation of the
delisting the Company's majority shareholder, Amadeus Corporate Business AG
with its seat in Frankfurt am Main/Germany, has published today its
decision to make a public offer for all shares of the Company. The date of
the filing of the application by the Company has not yet been determined.

Upon becoming effective of the revocation of the admission of the Company's
shares to trading in the regulated market by the management of the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange, the shares of the Company will no longer be
admitted to trading, or be traded, in the regulated market of a national
stock exchange or a comparable market abroad.
