IMMOFINANZ has acquired a new major tenant for the Business Park Vienna
with Coca-Cola HBC Austria: This international beverage producer has signed
a long-term lease for approx. 6,300 sqm on the Wienerberg. Since the
beginning of May 2016 , new rentals for roughly 12,000 sqm of office space
have been finalised in the Business Park Vienna and the Twin Towers.
Coca-Cola HBC Austria will relocate to the Wienerberg in March 2017. The
company covers the Austrian market with its broad product portfolio of soft
drinks and employs a workforce of 1,000 in this country at the production
facility in Edelstal, in sales centers and in distribution warehouses.
Other major rental contracts for approx. 5,700 sqm of space in the Business
Park Vienna have also been signed since May 2016.
"The successful rental of 12,000 sqm underscores the success of our
strategy with the continuous adaptation of our offering to keep pace with
the rising demands of tenants on 'the working world of tomorrow'. Our focus
is on the well-being and comfort of our tenants and their employees.
Targeted investments and the upcoming roll-out of our international office
brand concept 'myhive' will increase the attractiveness of our properties
and provide optimal infrastructure and services", indicated Christian

In the Business Park Vienna, the modernisation of the shopping mall and the
central entrance area from Wienerbergstrasse will soon be completed. The
new "myhive" concept will also be rolled out to the Twin Towers by the end
of 2016.
The Business Park Vienna is one of the largest office and commercial
locations in Vienna with 131,000 sqm of premium office and retail space
that meets the latest demands. The location is characterised by an optimal
