Adler Modemärkte AG opened a new store in Wemperhardt, further
strengthening the Company's position in Luxembourg and implementing its
previously-announced expansion strategy in new, lucrative locations. Given
the currently challenging environment for the textile retail industry, the
strategy calls for an expansion of the network by one to two stores in
2016.

The Wemperhardt store is ADLER's third in Luxembourg. It is located in a
shopping centre that is open seven days a week. Customers can browse the
familiar wide range of own and external brands for womenswear, menswear and
kidswear on the store's spacious sales floor, which totals approximately
2,400 m2.

"The shopping centre in the border town of Wemperhardt has long been an
established shopping destination for customers from Luxembourg, Belgium and
Germany", said ADLER CEO Lothar Schäfer, commenting on the opening of the
new store. "Specialist stores, one full-range provider for foodstuffs and
two petrol stations ensure high customer footfall. We're highly optimistic
that the new store will be a success."

In addition to the new store in Wemperhardt, the network of stores in
Germany was also increased by one store in Dillenburg in November. With a
sales floor of just under 2,300 m2, that new store also has abundant retail
space for the full range of products typically offered by ADLER. The total
number of ADLER stores in Germany and abroad thus increased and now totals
182.
