Augsburg, December 6, 2016 - Kontron AG, a leading global provider of
Embedded Computer Technology (ECT), announces that today the Supervisory
Board of Kontron AG decided to appoint Mr. Hannes Niederhauser with
immediate effect as member of the Executive Board (COO) of Kontron AG. As
previously announced, Messr. Richard Neuwirth, Michael Jeske and Michael
Roider, who are closely associated with S&T AG, were appointed by court to
the Supervisory Board. Mr. Neuwirth, CFO of S&T AG, assumed the position of
the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Dr. Harald Schrimpf resigned from
the Supervisory Board.
