B.V. SUCCESSFULLY PLACE EUR 500 MILLION OF SENIOR UNSECURED BONDS DUE
2023

Aroundtown Property Holdings plc (Aroundtown) and its wholly-owned
subsidiary ATF Netherlands B.V. (ATF) announce today the successful
placement of EUR 500,000,000 2.125% bonds due 2023 (the Series F Bonds), at
a subscription price of 99.003% of their principal amount. The Bonds will
be issued by ATF and unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by
Aroundtown.

The Bonds will be issued in denominations of EUR 100,000 and were offered
exclusively to institutional investors outside the United States and any
other jurisdiction in which offers or sales of the Notes would be
prohibited by applicable law. The Series F Bonds will be admitted to
trading on the regulated market of the Irish Stock Exchange.

Aroundtown intends to use the amount raised by the issue of the Series F
Bonds to fund Aroundtown's growth strategy and to re-finance and/or repay
existing debt.
