AROUNDTOWN PROPERTY HOLDINGS PLC AND ITS SUBSIDIARY ATF NETHERLANDS B.V. ANNOUNCE DECISION TO TAP THE PERPETUAL SUBORDINATED NOTES

Aroundtown Property Holdings plc (Aroundtown) and its wholly-owned subsidiary ATF Netherlands B.V. (ATF) announce today their decision to tap the EUR500,000,000 perpetual subordinated notes (ISIN: XS1508392625) issued in October 2016 (the Existing Perpetual Notes).

The new perpetual subordinated notes (the New Perpetual Notes) will have the same terms and conditions as the Existing Perpetual Notes and will form a single consolidated series with the Existing Perpetual Notes. The New Perpetual Notes will be admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Irish Stock Exchange.

Aroundtown intends to use the amount raised by the issue of the New Perpetual Notes to fund Aroundtown's growth strategy and to re-finance and/or repay existing debt.
