adesso AG is following through with the takeover of the IT consulting and
development company in the field of SAP customer engagement, business
analytics and HANA, as announced. adesso AG signed a purchase agreement in
Darmstadt last Friday with the shareholders of UnitCon GmbH from Darmstadt.
The purchase price is in the mid-single-digit-million range. It will be
financed entirely with existing liquid funds, especially from the cash
capital increase carried out successfully at the end of 2016. The
profitable and debt-free company generated EBIT of approximately EUR 1
million and an EBIT margin of more than 20 % in the past financial year.
The acquired company will be fully integrated into the adesso subsidiary
ARITHNEA GmbH in the near future, where the sellers will continue to
develop the joint business in roles of responsibility.

HANA while expanding current activities with regard to customer engagement
