Stabilus S.A.: Annual General Meeting approves dividend of EUR0.50 per share
Luxembourg/Koblenz, February 15, 2017 - Today in Luxembourg, the Annual General Meeting of Stabilus S.A. (ISIN: LU1066226637), one of the world's leading providers of gas springs, damping
solutions and electromechanical drives for motion control, approved each agenda item with more than 99 percent of the votes. Among other matters, the General Meeting also approved the dividend
proposed by the Management Board and Supervisory Board. Hence, the company will pay a dividend of EUR0.50 per share for the 2016 financial year (ended September 30, 2016). This corresponds to a
total of EUR12.35 million and a payout ratio of 25.7% of consolidated net profit. This is in line with the company's dividend policy published at the time of the initial public offering, whereby it
seeks to pay dividends in a ratio of 20 - 40% of consolidated net income.
The Annual General Meeting was attended by shareholders representing 56.09 percent of the share capital.
