Aumann AG: Capital increase conducted in full

Beelen, 23 March 2017

The management board of Aumann AG ("Aumann", ISIN: DE000A2DAM03) decided today with consent of the supervisory board to execute the IPO related capital increase in full which was resolved by the extraordinary shareholders' meeting on 15 March 2017. On that basis 1.5 million new bearer shares will be issued against contribution in cash in the course of the IPO. The share capital of the company will accordingly increase to EUR14.0 million divided into an equal number of shares without par value. The company expects the capital increase to be registered with the commercial register today, 23 March 2017. The company and the selling shareholders will in consultation with the underwriters determine the offer price of the shares today.
