(OTCQX: TRTC) ("Terra Tech") or (the "Company"), a vertically integrated cannabis-focused agriculture company, today announced that it has rescheduled the release of its full-year 2016 results to Friday, March 31, 2017 after U.S. markets close.

    The company has also rescheduled its earnings conference call to Friday, March 31, 2017 at 4:30 PM Eastern.
