Dividend Announcements/Distribution

At the 38th Annual General Meeting of RHI AG held on May 5, 2017, a
dividend payment of 0.75 euros per share (entitled to dividend) was
adopted for the financial year 2016 and the decision made that the
remaining part be carried forward.

The dividend will be paid from May 12, 2017 in the form of a credit
entry with the custodian banks. Statutory capital gains tax will be
deducted unless a legal exemption from collecting capital gains tax
is provided for.

The paying agent is Erste Bank Group AG.

Ex-dividend trading 2017 on the Vienna Stock Exchange starts on May
10, 2017.
