HELMA Eigenheimbau AG: Promissory note of EUR 27.0 million successfully placed

Lehrte, May 18, 2017 - HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, the specialist for individual solid construction houses and sustainable energy concepts, has successfully utilised the current interest rate environment and secured further long-term borrowings on attractive terms in order to finance future growth.

A further EUR 27.0 million promissory note was issued for HELMA Wohnungsbau GmbH, guaranteed by HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, consisting of two fixed interest tranches with maturities of 5 and 7 years respectively. The promissory note was placed at the lower end of the marketing range among institutional investors. Sparkasse Hannover and UniCredit acted as Joint Arrangers to the transaction.
