KION GROUP AG successfully places new shares in the amount of 8.55 per cent of the share capital at EUR 64.83 per share

Wiesbaden - KION GROUP AG today successfully completed the capital increase from authorized capital under exclusion of shareholders' subscription rights, which had been resolved upon and announced earlier today. The 9,300,000 new shares were placed at a price of EUR 64.83 each. 4,023,275 of the new shares were acquired by the major shareholder Weichai Power in accordance with its shareholding quota. The total gross proceeds from the capital increase amount to EUR 602.9 million.
