ZUG/Switzerland, May 22, 2017 - BioTelemetry (NASDAQ: BEAT) announced today that in accordance with the Reservation to Extend described in Section B.7 of the Offer Prospectus, the Takeover board has upon request of the Offeror extended the Initial Main Offer Period ending on May 23, 2017, 4:00 p.m. CEST, by a period of 5 (five) Trading Days. The Extension Period will commence on May 24, 2017, and end on May 31, 2017, 4:00 p.m. CEST.
