New Supervisory Board for Mox Telecom AG

- Lawyer, Hermann-Josef Piepenbrock, appointed as new member

- An expert on telecommunication legal issues as regards the liberalisationof former monopoly markets

Ratingen, 15th November 2006 - With the appointment of a competent andexperienced new member of the Supervisory Board, Mox Telecom AG sets outimportant parameters for the fulfillment of its ambitious aims. The lawyer,Hermann-Josef Piepenbrock, has been appointed as a new member and vicechairman of the Supervisory Board of Mox Telecom AG, with effect from 7thNovember 2006. His wealth of expertise and market knowledge shall see himable to actively support Mox Telecom AG´s growth period.

Mr Piepenbrock has been a freelance lawyer since 1997. He concentratesparticularly on the liberalisation and deregulation of former monopolymarkets and his main focus is legal issues in telecommunications. He isalso on the Supervisory Board of Piepenbrock Schuster Consulting AG,Düsseldorf.

With the appointment of Mr Piepenbrock, the Supervisory Board of MoxTelecom AG now consists of, along with two other members; engineer andchairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Ulrich Kranz, as well as economist,Mr Arno Nonnen, three acknowledged telecommunications experts with longstanding experience.

Ulrich Kranz was, amongst other things, a Management Consultant with SCSManagement Consultancy and a Managing Partner with EUTELIS CONSULTConsulting Firm for Telecommunications and Tax Services. Ulrich W.A. Kranzhas been Managing Director of Target Business Consultants GmbH andspokesperson for the Supervisory Board at DATUS AG. In addition, he haslong since held executive positions in organizations, such as on theManagement Board of AK-Media and Telecommunications Policy at BDI, as wellas on the Management Board of industry organisation, BITKOM e.V.

Likewise Arno Nonnen, an experienced telecommunications specialist on MoxTelecom AG´s Supervisory Board. Since the successful completion of hiseconomics degree, Arno Nonnen has worked with Dr. Schwarz-Schilling &Partners, a company specializing in policy and financial consultancy. AsManaging Partner, Mr Nonnen has initiated, consulted on and closed numerousjoint ventures, acquisitions and merges within the telecoms, media andtechnology sectors. Arno Nonnen is a co-founder of the Business Angel Fund2VENTURE AG and has been on the advisory boards of Götzfried AG and HilgerEnterprises GmbH for a number of years.

Mox Telecom AG specialises in telecommunication services for target groupswith a high-need for international telephony. The company was founded in1998 and has established itself since then as one of the leading providersin the market. The key marketing medium is the calling card, as well as ahost of other telecommunication services. The company is already competingsuccessfully in the USA, Canada and Australia. In the past year Mox hasalso succeeded in entering the lucrative mobile phone market with its ownSIM card (Mobile Virtual Network Operator), which enables the increasingnumber of mobile phone users to also benefit from cheaper internationalphone calls.
