UBS says that this morning`s GDP and Initial Claims reports reinforce form`s expectation that real GDP growth will reach a solid 4% in H2(03). Believes this performance should be sufficient to keep the Fed on hold; and, with the core PCE deflator still rising just 1.2% annualized, Fed tightening is not on the horizon even with stronger growth.
