The chart is side-ways. The fundamental fact is that in order for UTDL to get listed the price has to remain at a certain level. Fact is the last month or 2 UTDL has done that. The stock can even go lower and get listed. Fact is the more UTDL stays above this level OBVIOUSLY the better. And eventually it will get listed.
These are FACTS that UTDL has to obtain and so far they are doing it.
