Algo Vision plc (the “Company”) announces that Quivest BV of Eindhoven, The Netherlands has subscribed for 1,366,760 ordinary shares of 1p each, at a subscription price of €0.256 per ordinary share. The Company has raised a total of €350,000 from the subscription.Quivest BV has agreed to subscribe for a further 1,952,513 ordinary shares of 1p each at the same subscription price of €0.256 per ordinary share, being an aggregate subscription price of €500,000. The Company will have issued a total of 3,319,273 ordinary shares for an aggregate subscription price of €850,000 when the full number of shares has been subscribed for. Application for admission to listing of the new ordinary shares will be made to the Belgian Banking and Finance Commission (CBF).
