Reuters Chindex sets 2-for-1 stock split Monday December 29, 12:14 pm ET NEW YORK, Dec 29 (Reuters) - Chindex International Inc. (NasdaqSC:CHDX - News), which provides U.S. makers of diagnostic medical equipment with access to Chinese markets, on Monday said it set a two-for-one split of its outstanding stock. The company, which previously split its stock in September, said the new shares will be distributed around Jan. 26 to shareholders of record as of Jan. 10. |
