Soeben im yahoo board gefunden: 9:30AM Harris & Harris owns equity position in nanotech co working with Intel (TINY) 18.75 +0.71: Harris & Harris getting some interest this morning on the Wall Street Journal report that Intel (INTC) is exploring a new tack with a high-profile start-up business called Nanosys.
