Begins International Expansion With Formation of European Subsidiary LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 12, 2000--United Internet Technologies, Inc. (UIT), a subsidiary of United Leisure Corporation (OTCBB:UTDL.OB), has begun an international expansion with the formation of a European company, Interactive Internet Technologies (IIT) GmbH, based in Hamburg, Germany. The new entity`s initial focus will be to license and distribute UIT`s proprietary video technology, Digitally Integrated Video Overlay(TM) (DIVO(TM)), in European markets. IIT has already established an experienced management team and an operations infrastructure and has secured equity financing for the company and its future growth. IIT has assembled a team composed of senior executives with extensive technology and management experience who will be responsible for the organizational build out, operations and expansion of the company. Stefan Wendorff, with more than 10 years of senior management experience in leading German service companies, will serve as Managing Director. Bernd Schanklies, previously head of production at AOL Bertelsmann Online in Germany and a consultant to Deutsche Telekom, will serve as Vice President of Technology. Additionally, Thorsten Schroeder and Joachim Baer, who have extensive experience in the marketing, advertising and media industries, will take an active role in developing strategic relationships and implementing customer acquisition strategies, particularly within the media industry. UIT retains a 65 percent share ownership in IIT and will provide management oversight to IIT. The subsidiary has been financed by German investors who will also serve in a consultative role and support the organizational build out of IIT. The investors will retain a 30 percent stake in IIT. The management of IIT will retain the remaining 5 percent. Brian Shuster, President and Chairman of UIT, stated, "This step marks the expansion of UIT`s video technology to international markets.
