Just because the company is 52% owned by US investors does not make it a US company. TA is a Dutch company. This is what MAY make the US government nervous about continuing to supply data to and buy data from.

This is simply what the GIS sector is talking about, not that I 100% agree with it, but I do understand the notion.

The Fortis bank analyst also only shows a 50% dilution of ownership for the Free Float. However, there are more shares created from this new financing (including the warrants) than the previous 38M outstanding. That means that each previous share is now worth less than 50%, not much but some.

Even at the 50% level, for the analyst to predict 7 Euro per share means that each of the previous shares would have been worth 14 Euro per share if the ownershp had not changed. Given the market`s previous forecasts, do you think this new funding really increases the share price by 3 times the previous forecast?
