Cash Investment in Company Company Releases New Products Brochure on Web Site
MIAMI, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 07/26/04 -- Universal Communication Systems Inc. (OTC BB: UCSY) company chairman Michael J. Zwebner announced today that he has made a personal equity investment in the amount of Half a Million Dollars ($500,000.00) into the company. The fully paid private placement subscription is at $0.4 cents per share for restricted common stock.
Mr. Zwebner stated: " We continue to build the business, and we are very pleased with the continuing growth and future outlook. My personal investment today is further evidence of my strong belief in the company and its solid future prospects. The cash will be used to fund further growth, marketing and administration costs, as well as additional funding for R&D and for products design and ongoing development and improvements."
