The Company`s top five customers in each of fiscal years ended March 31, 2004 (fiscal 2004), 2003 (fiscal 2003) and 2002 (fiscal 2002) accounted for 84.8%, 88.2% and 54.4%, respectively, of total net system sales. Intel, Fuji and Matsushita accounted for 31.4%, 22.9% and 12.6% respectively, of net system sales in fiscal 2004.
