Ob diese durch zufällige Verkettung schlechter Nachrichten und eine sich dranhängende Spekulation (z.B. Hedgefonds, Sorros u.ä.) oder durch gezielte Spekulation entstand, können wir nicht wissen. Wovon man nichts weiß, darüber soll man schweigen, schrieb ein Philosoph... Der überzogene Ölpreis zeitigt weltweit Folgen. Massive Bemühungen, den Ölverbrauch zu ersetzen und zu verringern, wird sogar aus Ländern der sog. dritten Welt gemeldet.
