Starker Tobak heute - hätte nicht geglaubt, dass der Markt so auf AMD draufhaut. Ich frage mich, was der Markt nun von AMD erwartet und was wir mit dem heutigen Move eingepreist haben. Ehrlich gesagt kommt es mir fast so vor, als ob AMD gesagt hat: 1,1B Rev. und -XX Mio. Income. Das kam grad von S&P: AMD warns that Q4 sales will be up only slightly from Q3, and operating income will be down sharply. We believe price competition in flash memory market has been hurting the company more than we had initially expected. We now see Q4 sales showing only a modest sequential improvement, compared to our earlier 8% growth projection. On lower sales and margin assumptions, we are cutting our Q4 EPS estimate to $0.08 from $0.19, full 2004 to $0.41 from $0.52, and 2005`s to $0.46 from $0.66.
