noch ein Posting von einem Typen, der anscheinend das Unternehmen telefonisch kontaktiert hat: El and Horse I was concerned about the information in the 10Q showing $375,000 revenues as to why it was so low when they did significant sales that period. The company did sell and ship orders that exceeded that number by millions. So what happened? I called the company (as any of you shareholders are welcome to do) and I was told that the accounting rules for international companies has changed significantly. They (UCSY) are only able to take the pass thru revenues not the entire sale amount. The company will be sending a document to the SEC shortly (look for it to be out in a week I was told)and it should explain in better detail. it will show the several million in revenues as shown under the older accounting rules. I also asked about the high expenses. It seems that it included one time tooling and marketing extrodinary expenses that will not be there in the future of this product. If you do not believe this, then get first hand information directly from the company by email or phone call. SO they did ship some big orders and did get revenue from them. Also as one poster stated something about shares being sold as part of revenues. Thatis dumb, they are not part of the Revenue number. Under the new accounting rules from the US government they are even more strict than before in including the money from what was called sales before. Because UCSY is not the manufacturer and passes through certain items the pass thru amount they retain only is accounted as revenue. It is more complex and I am simplifing but here will be a document made public in about a week that will clear that up. Call the company they will give you the details.
