Perficient Moves Up to NASDAQ National Market Wednesday February 2, 10:24 am ET AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 2, 2005--Perficient, Inc. (NASDAQ:PRFT - News), a leading business consulting and technology services firm in the central United States, announced today that the NASDAQ Stock Market has approved the company`s application to list its common stock on the NASDAQ National Market. The stock commenced trading on the National Market System today under the symbol PRFT. Perficient had been trading on the NASDAQ Small Cap Market under the same symbol since July 29, 1999.
