(“BCP”-TSX-V) is pleased to announce that Fuller Fletcher & Associates Limited (“F&F”) have been appointed as its European investor relations consultant. F&F will further develop our communications with European institutions, organize meeting presentations, expand the investor relations program and raise the company’s profile within Europe. With over twenty years experience in the European financial markets, F&F have established an extensive list of contacts in the institutional investment management and stock brokerage communities. F&F will be the conduit of information to the European investment community, keeping a target audience informed of significant corporate developments on a timely basis. Bell Coast will pay a fee of $6,000 per month. In addition, the Company has granted incentive stock options to purchase up to 300,000 shares of the Company.
