Internolix AG DE0006227309 Ad hoc-Mitteilung nach § 15 WpHG INTERNOLIX: Deutlicher Umsatzanstieg im zweiten Quartal 2000 aufgrund hoher Nachfrage nach eCommerce-Standardsoftware Limburg/Lahn, 22.08.2000 - Die seit dem 27.3.2000 am Neuen Markt notierte INTERNOLIX AG, einer der führenden Anbieter von eCommerce-Standardsoftware hat auch im zweiten Quartal 2000 ihre erfolgreiche Geschäftsentwicklung weiter fortgesetzt. Mit einem Gesamtumsatz von 5,517 Mio. DM in den ersten sechs Monaten des Geschäftsjahres 2000 konnte INTERNOLIX den für diesen Zeitraum geplanten Umsatz von rund 4 Mio. DM um 37% übertreffen. Der Anteil des Geschäfts mit Software- lizenzen am Gesamtumsatz beträgt dabei rund 84%. Aufgrund der positiven Geschäftsentwicklung und trotz der hohen Anfangsinvestitionen für die internationale Expansion liegt der EBIT im ersten Halbjahr bei -14,157 Mio. DM. Somit fällt dieser um rund 5% besser aus als geplant. Aufgrund der großen Nachfrage nach standardisierter eCommerce-Software weist INTERNOLIX per Ende Juni nach US-GAAP für das zweite Quartal des laufenden Geschäftsjahres einen Umsatz in Höhe von 3,386 Mio. DM aus; dies entspricht einer Steigerung von 59% gegenüber dem Umsatz des ersten Quartals 2000 in Höhe von 2,131 Mio. DM. Vor dem Hintergrund des bisherigen erfolgreichen Geschäftsverlaufs sowie unter Berücksichtigung der kürzlich gemeldeten eBusiness-Allianz zwischen IBM und INTERNOLIX, in deren Rahmen das Unternehmen noch für dieses Jahr mit weiteren deutlichen Umsatzsteigerungen rechnet, geht INTERNOLIX davon aus, dass die Umsatzplanung für das Geschäftsjahr 2000 deutlich übertroffen wird. Daher ist eine Aktualisierung der Planzahlen für das laufende Geschäftsjahr vorgesehen. Eine entsprechende Analystenkonferenz ist am heutigen Tage in Frankfurt geplant. With total turnover of 5.517 mln DM in the first six months of the 2000 business year, INTERNOLIX was able to exceed the around 4 mln DM planned sales for this period by 37%. The proportion of business done via software licences within total turnover thereby reached around 84%. On account of the positive development of sales, and despite high start-up investment costs for the company`s international expansion, first half-year earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) amounted to -14.157 mln DM which therefore turned out around 5% better as planned. Given the background of the successful business path so far this year and taking account of the recently reported eBusiness alliance between IBM and INTERNOLIX - which offers the company even greater sales growth already in the current business year - INTERNOLIX is now working on the assumption that turnover forecasts for the 2000 business year will be significantly surpassed.
