(Nasdaq: FRTL) announced today that Robert E. Fortelka, a thirty-year software industry veteran, has joined the Company as Sr. Vice President of Product Operations. FORTEL created the new position and brought in Fortelka in response to increased demand driven by their market-leading work in eBusiness Service Level Assurance software technology. Mr. Fortelka will be responsible for overall product release management and delivery. This includes overseeing software engineering, quality assurance, product configuration, and customer service.
