Jupiter Global Holdings, Corp. (JPHCE) announces it has reached certain milestones to move forward on a plan in making VOXBOX a publicly traded company (www.myvoxbox.com). The potential for the VOXBOX business and its need for capital have led its management to implement these plans.
In the past the Company has mentioned that VOXBOX may be a candidate for a takeover. The possibility of developing the business for being a takeover candidate is still part of the growth plans but a key step in achieving the goals of VOXBOX is attaining funding at a faster rate and being public on its own should be a step in the right direction. The Company expects to finalize details over the next week to notify shareholders and to move our plans forward.
