Für den Inhalt der Mitteilung ist allein der Emittent verantwortlich. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ADHOC - Mitteilung nach § 15 WpHG D.Logistics AG gründet Joint Venture in Korea Hofheim, 06.09.2000: Die D.Logistics AG (WKN 510 150) wird mit AIIMS Consulting und KNIT Corp Ltd. ein Gemeinschaftsunternehmen in Korea gründen. Das neue Unternehmen wird unter dem Namen D.Logistics Korea Inc. firmieren und seinen Firmensitz in Seoul haben. Die D.Logistics AG wird 67 Prozent der Anteile an dem Joint Venture halten. Das Joint Venture ist die logische Fortsetzung der sehr positiven Zusammenarbeit mit der KNIT Corp Ltd. im vergangenen halben Jahr. Die D.Logistics Korea Inc. wird die gesamten IT-, E-Commerce-, Consulting- und Logistik- Dienstleistungen der D.Logistics Gruppe vermarkten und betreiben. Korea profitiert von internationalen Investitionen und vom Aufschwung des Exportgeschäfts (143,6 Mrd. US$ in 1999 - 82,8 Mrd. US$ im ersten Halbjahr 2000) und ist daher einer der interessantesten Märkte für globale Logistikdienstleistungen im asiatischen Raum. AD HOC Information in Accordance with § 15 of WpHG D.Logistics AG founds Joint Venture in Korea Hofheim, 09-06-2000: D.Logistics AG (WKN 510 150), together with AIIMS Consulting and KNIT Corp Ltd. will form a joint venture in Korea. The new company will be named D.Logistics Korea Inc. and will be located in Seoul. D.Logistics AG will hold a 67 percent ownership share of the joint venture. The joint venture reflects the positive experiences gained with the partnership with KNIT Corp Ltd. during the recent half year. D.Logistics Korea Inc. will market and fullfil the entire IT-, E-commerce-, consulting-, and logistics- service portfolio of D.Logistics AG. Korea takes advantage of massive international investments and of the increase in exports (143,6 Mrd. US$ in 1999 - 82,8 Mrd. US$ first six month 2000).
