Stockholm, Sept. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Icon Medialab International AB, Sweden`s biggest Internet consultant by sales, plans to increase its U.S. staff more than six times in two years, said newspaper FinansTidningen, citing Chief Executive Ulf Dahlsten.
``In two years we must have more than 2,000 U.S. employees,`` Dahlsten said in an interview with the newspaper. Icon currently has 300 workers in the world`s biggest economy, said FinansTidningen.
Dahlsten, who took the helm at Icon a year ago, wants to set up offices in Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, Boston and Atlanta and plans to open another in New York. The company plans to grow via acquisitions.
Icon, which now has some 2,000 employees worldwide, has moved its headquarters to Brussels from Stockholm as it expands throughout Europe. The company already has offices in 15 European countries from Finland to Spain. (FinansTidningen 14/9; 24-25, {FTDN } to see Web site .

Sowas hör ich gerne.....schön auch , daß sich der Kurs trotz schlechter Stimmung an Nasdaq relativ gut gehalten hat . Fast wie früher...
