(InternetWire) TelePlus Delivers Record Q3 Results: Sales Jump 105% MONTREAL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/26/05 -- TelePlus Enterprises, Inc. (OTC BB: TL E) (http://www.teleplus.ca) is pleased to announce that Q3 sales ending September 30th reached $6.85M, a 105% increase versus sales of $3.34M for the same period a year ago. Total revenues were composed of 45% in Wireless Sales and 55% in Telecom Sales. September sales doubled reaching $2.22M, bringing YTD revenues over $13.27M (a 62% Increase) versus the same period a year ago. The Company`s subscriber line count reached 25,500 as of September 30th. "Q3 results are very strong and on target with our expectations. The increase in sales is the result of the recently completed acquisitions and organic growth of our business. We anticipate continued organic growth throughout the 4th quarter. Based on current market conditions we anticipate Q4 sales to reach $7 to 8M bringing 2005 full year revenues in excess of the $20M (a 64% increase versus last year) target set earlier this year," stated Marius Silvasan, Company CEO. "From an operator of retail stores offering a variety of wireless and data products we have emerged over the last 12 months to a full telecom and wireless provider, and we did this while doubling the size of our company," added Silvasan.
