As we ponder whether or not it is too late to buy, we must take into account the fact that strength in speculatives normally means the move is approaching a Top Formation. As with three o’clock in the afternoon, you would no longer be buying at the beginning of the move, nor is it "too late." Cardero (right) for example has had an Upside Breakout above an 8-month Consolidation, and its Upside Breakout could go much further before its first Breakout Pullback.* Neono |
