Still waiting, O`Bull ... Here are some questions shareholders might want to ask. Perhaps you could answer them:

1) Is Hartcourt a stronger company, both financially and operationally, today than a year ago?

2) Has Hartcourt`s management team been strengthened or weakened in the past year?

3) Did Hartcourt establish an operating subsidiary named SinoBull?

4) Did Hartcourt acquire any companies in the past year? If so, can it be demonstrated that any of them have real business and revenues? Are any of them profitable or nearly profitable?

5) Have any of the acquisitions been deemed candidates for IPO by an established, reputable underwriter?

6) Does Hartcourt have more direct business in China than AOL?

7) Does Hartcourt and/or any of its subsidiary companies own any licenses in China to operate in communications and the internet?

8) If so (to No. 7) are these licenses valuable? Are they difficult to get? Can any foreign company get them quickly? Can AOL get them quickly?

9) Has Hartcourt achieved as much, on the ground in China the past year, as most other OTCBB companies? Has Hartcourt achieved MORE than most OTCBB companies in the past year? Are there ANY OTCBB companies you could cite that have achieved more in China the past year than Hartcourt?

Rad, IMHO here are my answers

1. Yes HRCT is strong today than it was last November when it had a $20 stock price. So clearly, stock price is not a true reflection on how good or strong a company is really, just market enthusiasm or pessimism.

2. The addition of Charlie Yang is huge! An expert in China`s wireless tech, and I heard he was the son of the former mayor of Shanghai. From his bio, I`d think he has tons of connections in the MII too!

3. In 1999, Sinobull was just an idea. Today it`s a reality, very popular and going to IPO on the GEM. Yuanta`s not ML, but reading up on them, they aren`t a slouch either and fine in my book.

4. I think I`d need to copy and past BillBlake`s messages to cover all the acquisitions and deals HRCT has made this last year. Key ones, IMHO are: FTL and their new pagers, Guo Mao, Windinfo, COL, Streamingasia, logicspace, TSS and Koffman.

5. Since Yuanta`s going in, that is more than enough of a safety blanket for me. Anyone know if you make money from stocks overseas are those subject to capital gains? If not, come to papa Streamingasia and Sinobull shares!

6. Does AOL have any business in China? IMHO, HRCT has a serious hold on the financial and streaming media markets. AOL has hold on what markets in China? None that I`ve heard of.

7. HRCTweb said something about needing a license for everything. So they fact they do business there means they have a lot of licenses already. We know they have ISP licenses for sure.

8. Well if AOL could get these licenses, I would have thought they would have. So it`d make sense in a restrictive government, licenses would be more important obtain and then build businesses around, instead of the other way around.

9. I don`t know every OTC company, but none come to mind as accomplishing anywhere close to what HRCT achieved. Most mid-range and small cap Nazdaq or NYSE companies haven`t done so much either.

Since I guess we can`t vote for ourselves, Rad and BillBlake are neck and neck for my vote for a free China trip. I of course won`t be complaining if anyone feels like for voting for me ;)

Good luck in the election!

Ciao!
