NY silver price jumps to day`s highs on ETF news Tue Mar 21, 2006 11:57 AM ET NEW YORK, March 21 (Reuters) - U.S. benchmark silver futures on Tuesday reversed losses to trade at session highs after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said it approved rule changes for a silver exchange-traded fund.
