Craig A. Huffman Joins Board of Directors of Greater Sooner Holding 2006-04-17 16:05 ET - News Release HOUSTON -- (Business Wire) -- April 17, 2006 Greater Sooner Holding, Inc. (OTC:GSNH) today announced the appointment of Mr. Craig A. Huffman to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Huffman is the Chief Executive, President and co-founder of Internal Hydro International, Inc. (OTC:IHDR), an alternative energy company that has developed a clean energy power system utilizing patented technology to create electricity. CEO Russell F. Krauss said, "Mr. Huffman is an outstanding CEO having executed new revenue agreements yielding a meteoric rise in the market value of IHDR. His combined business and legal expertise will greatly aid the company in the areas of corporate governance and business ethics." Prior to Internal Hydro, Mr. Huffman had a career with both the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps and the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. He later became a solo legal practitioner in the practice areas of criminal law, civil tort and appellate work. Mr. Huffman holds a B.A. from the University of Tampa and a J.D. from the Stetson University College of Law. Separately, Sara Buchanan has agreed to serve as Corporate Secretary effective immediately. Ms. Buchanan has business experience in retail settings and will add significant value to the Company with her great attention to detail and organizational skills. |
