Moderator Frederick L. Cottrell, III Richards, Layton & Finger Panelists David B. Bassett, Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr, LLP Joel L. Poppen, Micron Technology, Inc. District Judge Kent A. Jordan, US District Court, District of DE District Judge Ronald M. Whyte, USDC ND CA I find it very interesting, perplexing and a bit disturbing to get this exact group of people together. We all know about the panelists, Whyte and Jordan. However, it's interesting that the Deputy General Counsel from Micron, Joel Poppen, is also on the panel. Also, the moderator of this discussion panel is none other than Frederick Cottrell, the lead counsel representing Micron in the Rambus v Micron case in Delaware in front of Judge Jordan!?!? This is too much of a coincidence for me! If it were Payne on the panel, then we'd all be screaming bloody murder.
