HRCT has applied for advertising license so we can keep all revenues realized through ads. 2. HRCT controls 80% of the financial dotcom news in China. 3. HRCT is NOT a dotcom operation. All operations have real assets & revenue. 4. The Doc had a letter confirming that we still have the $ 35 million if needed. 5. Also, there is a private offer to purchase up to $20 million in HRCT stock, if needed. 6. Plans are to list the revenues of each affiliate on the Q3 to show their current status. COL has 2,000 employees, 105 offices ( licenses ) but is not profitable because of the telephone charges so Doc is in no hurray to close this deal. HOWEVER, he is speaking with " The largest American ISP " who is very interested in assisting HRCT with this operation. 8. Innostar is currently generating revenue. 9. Financial Telecom acquired 51% of paging service which presently has 4,000 subscribers for the streaming stock quotes via pagers. Hope that this helps. |
