Morgen zusammen, Beitrag aus dem Yahooboard, welches sich vom Aufbau her etwas verändert hat: If I recall correctly, Judge Jordan and Judge Whyte were on a panel with Micron and Rambus lawyers today. The topic was injunctions after the Ebay verdict. I suspect that the legal opinions voiced in the conference have been interpreted to support an injunction being granted against Hynix nad the others. As was discussed some of the uncertainty centers on whether Rambus can get that injunction or whther it will be delayed. It looks like an institution had a spy at the conference and the reading is that Rambus is getting the injunction. That is my plausible inference infringeon |
