noch was extrem interessantes: P4 0.13ยต erst Ende Q4 2001??? Intel had a webcast yesterday (you can listen to it here) ... it was apparently said that the P4@130nm will appear in Q4 (possibly late Q4) and that first silicon on 130nm copper interconnect low-k dielectrics has been achieved. They will have two 300mm (12") fabs in 2002. Mobile PIIIs will reach 1.20GHz in 2001. 180nm 2.00GHz P4 in 2001 Q3 (opposing Intel`s roadmaps which say this for Q2). P4 unit volume to exceed PIII unit volume in 2002 Q1. P4-1.5 claimed to be 44% faster than PIII-1.0 in Quake III. CNET has their angle on the webcast here |
