Ist wenig zu finden. 5.02.2006 22:14 MGA chief says in talks with banks on IPO NEW YORK (AFX) -- Toy maker MGA Entertainment said the company is talking to several banks as it considers an initial public offering possibly later this year. Chief Executive Isaac Larian told MarketWatch in an interview that the company, which makes the Bratz fashion dolls, has talked to Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, UBS and Bear Stearns, and will "use one or a combination of them." The company said it would also look into tapping the private equity market.
