Sledgehammer mit 1.8GHZ und 2MB L2-Cache und Clawhammer mit 2GHZ ein bisschen früher, beide sollen in Q4 2001 kommen.

As is known, Hitachi and NEC have already paid the commission to “the world’s most lawful company”. However, as soon as they established a new joint venture aka Elpida memory Inc. (the company should start working from January 2001), they were forced to pay once again and they quietly obeyed. It’s a pity really that all these efforts are vain and will hardly help the RDRAM to move into the today’s memory market. As we said yesterday, “DDR SDRAM stumbled at the finish line”. If this is true, then RDRAM died at the very starting line already...
