Continuation of business in the teamwork group
Paderborn, November 7, 2000. After first introductory examinations, the preliminary insolvency administrator said that teamwork
information management AG and EDM Software AG (who applied for insolvency proceedings on 3rd November 2000) as well as the
teamwork subsidiaries What`s Up AG (Unterhaching near Munich) and AlbraNet AG (Munich) and all international subsidiaries
continue their business activities. Last Friday first informations have been given to all employees of the German group companies in
Paderborn. They were told that all salaries would be financed by the preliminary insolvency administrator, so that liquidity will be
available for each employee on short term.
In addition, fundamental redevelopment efforts have already been started to restructure the teamwork group. Already the first
positive signals from potential strategic partners have been shown.
