Ein Volume9 schreibt bei RB folgendes: i received word today that ucards atorneys have finalized the agreement to leave the ranks of upgrade. suit to be filled second week of jan. ugrade was negligent in what they have presented to the public and violated 3 parts of their agreement with ucard all which have to do with money which was to be paid to the company. d bland is also being sued personally for making false statements as to the technology of the company, a clause in the agreement states that no anouncements can be made without the consent of ucard. ucard has also contacted the sec and informed them of the pending litigation against bland and the company. ucard is going to be taken private and will not do an ipo until late 2002 if then. ucard and ugrade marriage is over. i think your prediction of 50 cents is generous. for those who wish to invest in ucard direct you can call dan kehoe direct at ucard. sorry for the bad news but its the truth unfortunately. Lügt der denn nun wirklich das Blaue vom Himmel herab? Dafür kann er doch wohl auch in den USA strafrechtlich verfolgt werden. Deine Meinung wäre sehr interessant. Gruß Rentner |
