PerkinElmer Inc. (PKI) closed its acquisitions of Euroscreen Products SA and Evotech Technologies.
Financial terms of the agreements weren\'t disclosed.
The Boston-based technology company\'s acquisition of Euroscreen, a Belgian developer of AequoScreen cellular assay platform, was finalized earlier Wednesday. The company completed the buy of the Germany-based cellular screening systems provider Evotec at the end of 2006.
PerkinElmer expects the acquisitions to extend its Portfolio of advanced tools for cellular analysis, and to either add or be neutral to 2007 earnings.
