PROGRESS UPDATES UPDA Adds New Member to Management Team Thursday, February 15th, 2007 10:38 AM EST UPDA Corporation Universal Property Development and Acquisition Corporation (OTCBB: UPDA) is pleased to welcome a new member to our management team. David Hinze will be serving as UPDA Controller, one of the chief financial officers managing the cash flow of the Company. A graduate of the University of Houston and a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Hinze has over 25 years experience in the oil and gas industry. David's most recent employment includes Lead Accountant for both the domestic and international divisions of Santa Fe Snyder Corporation and he also served as Controller with Maritech Resources before becoming a consultant to the energy industry and UPDA.
