Regency Mines (AIM: RGM), which is newly recognised as a nickel play, saw its shares gain 43 per cent to 4.5p. The company has an early stage plan to use its Mambare project in Papua New Guinea to emulate Toledo Mining, which is direct shipping nickel laterite ore from its Berong nickel project in the Philippines to customers in China.
